Atrium was the contractor for our home in Normandy Beach, NJ. Atrium was very helpful in the planning stages and answered our questions, and there were many, in a prompt manner and proved to be correct.
During the demolition period, Bob Mazzola there every day to supervise the work, which procedure was followed throughout the job. He was there everyday and the work was completed by Memorial day just as he said, five months from start to finish. All the subs were there on time and did their jobs in a workmen like manner.
The home went through Superstorm Sandy with almost no problems due to the solid construction of modular homes and the people putting it together.
If I had to do it again, Atrium and Bob Mazzola would be the people I would go to for that.

Atrium/Bob Mazzola, completed a “turnkey” home construction for Bedrock Tower, in the summer of 2014. Bedrock Tower was very pleased with the product and the construction oversight that Bob Mazzola provided. Bob Mazzola was very focused and accomplished all that he promised. The town that we built in was very demanding and fastidious. Bob was able to deal with the town every step of the way. There were no problems encountered with this project. Bob even handled or oversaw some parts of the project that were not his direct responsibility. We were very pleased with Bob/Atrium and would highly recommend him. The project was about a $ 400,000 job.
We also would not hesitate to use Bob again. He was always professional and pleasant to work with.

We wanted to take the time to let it be known of how satisfied we were with our experience with Atrium from our initial meeting up to the delivery and completion of our modular home.
From our initial meeting, Bob Mazzola took the time to listen to what we were looking for and input his expertise to adjust our thoughts into reality. Our construction project consisted of a second floor Modular addition, as well as, a kitchen renovation. Before we began our construction, we had heard from numerous friends and family that construction can be a very stressful process, and that working with contractors can be even more difficult. Bob Mazzola was the general contractor for the construction of our house in the fall of
1998. While new home construction is inherently stressful for almost any homeowner, Bob’s services as a general contractor were invaluable, and we are extremely pleased with the final result. Specifically,
we would give Bob top marks in the following areas:
1. Quality of work performed. The quality of work done was consistently high quality. Bob
used subcontractors who were knowledgeable, skilled, and competent in their respective
trades. They were conscientious about following project specifications, and their work
results never required improvement or revision.
2. Quality of work crews. The workmen whom Bob utilized were professional, reliable, courteous, and respectful of the neighbor’s property and privacy. They had, good work habits, strong safety orientation, and focused on getting the job done right the first time

Ayeda wanted to replace her small ranch with something bigger, but was afraid of how expensive construction would be.
